Where are you in WI? We lived in Kenosha for 5-6 years! The week-end after the moving company dropped off our stuff we got 10" of snow. My hubby and I looked at each other and asked at the same time, "What have we gotten ourselves into?"

However, before all that we lived in the UP in MI and had 3 years of record snowfalls, 225", 250" and the last year nearly 300". I never want to live with that much snow ever again. Or cold! Having lived in northern climates most of my life, I know how to get around when I need to in the snow. It's the other people who freck out with 2" here in Southern Ohio that worry me

Oh, it's nice to hear someone else knows of the delious taste of lefsa. My mom used to make it, though there isn't a Scandanavian gene in our family.
