It is just as the title suggests

=====

So, the dream starts out innocently enough, dad and I walk around the mall, I look at the little fluffy bunnies in the pet store, stuffed animals, etc. As myself at the same age as I am now...minus a year, but at a younger mental state... at least I think so. Anyways they replace the real bunnies with fake bunnies and they have a little sign that tells a story about them... I was a little upset because I wanted to look at real bunnies...

ANYWAYS...

By some unfortunate accident (I don't remember how...) I become blind. Not legally blind like "the world is so fuzzy I can't see anything but at least there is still color!" I mean the world is just pure black. But the kicker is that I can still see things if I focus on them up close, but if I lift my head to try and look at things at a distance I'm blind...so I pretty much have a meter or so's worth of actual seeing range as long as I keep my head realativly low. So I go to this new helper-lady and spend most of my classes with her because I'm now blind. I start freaking out and try to run away only to fall over on my bicycle...that I somehow magically learn to ride in dream world, knock my head on the side walk and this time I'm completely blind. Just dandy. This pf course, freaked me out even more but they dragged me back into school. Then the trick to this blindness is that it sort of turns on and off...not when I want to...but it's just that most of the time I have sight except when my eyes randomly decide to give out on me. I made some new friends with kids who actualy had their disability 24/7 which made me feel like I was exploiting a system made for people who were blind all the time unlike me who is usualy sighted except for every now and then. So I actually wanted to be blind because otherwise I felt like I was taking advantage of other's kindness. One of my friends was pretty cool, though I didn't know much about because he was cold, another friend I had only met once in the dream but I still call him a friend because a bunch of other kids were picking on him because he couldn't see and thought that he wouldn't be able to fight back...well...he kicked their butts pretty bad if I do say so myself . The dream continues as the juniors try to take our lockers (the layout of my school is basicly 1/2 old lockers- which the younger classmen get that are so skinny you can't put anything with them...and 1/2 new lockers which are much wider and more practical but you hve one on the top and one on the bottom for somebody else. Anyways, after they lost the debate to share the lockers and they were ours and ours alone they decded to put their name tags on our lockers and move ll of our stuff over to theirs...well...that didn't end well, we basically tore away their name tags and took out their stuff and put ours back in and then they complained for leaving their stuff in the halls. I was trying to open my locker but was having a tough time because I kept putting in the wrong numbers. Ms.Helper-lady asked if I was getting mad (she probably though I was havig trouble seeing the numbers) but I said I wasn't. (I forget the mubers all the time anyways...) After the lady tell us the kind of things we'll be doing in the next few weeks, mostly games, I get some news that my cousing just blew himself up with a glue stick because everybody in school was picking on him, I said how sad it was that people just couldn't be themselves anymore. Then I heard some really twisted stories (like in a storybook meant for kids...) which I wont get into detail simply because I don't really remember the detail except it was about this little fox-like creature who was taking care of three orphan babies after their parents had died. Then, I guess he didn't love the babies very muh, so they planted themselves inside his stomache and turned into bombs. He remarked about how hot his sweater was (when in reality he was being heated from the inside) and went along on his merry way until the bombs blew up inside him and well...he blew up too. The story ends with the whole "See the iorny?". And then I woke up after that story was repeated a couple of times. Even though reality was a bit distorted a couple of times in that dream (shifting between first and third person alot, obvious flaws with things like the layout of the school, what people look like, etc.) it still felt so real to me that it seemed lucid and it was really weird to wake up and go "oh yeah...that was just a dream..."
