I'm so glad you had such a great session! I also have residual mental/physical effects after I dissociate. I'm not sure if I've ever had the headache, but I usually feel mentally foggy, sometimes for the remainder of the day, and I usually feel physically exhausted! That makes it hard because after sessions, I have to go back to work, when I really feel as though I've been through some big event and need to sleep.
How do you "reground" within 5 to 10 minutes before leaving your session? I can't seem to get it together that quickly and often leaving feeling not like myself. . .
