Try some food, sometimes that can take the edge off things, help balance us out some. If nothing else, being hungry on top of depressed really sucks. *Smile*

Do you have a pillow or stuffed animal to hold? Any fun movie or TV to watch, or a good book? Or is it time to just crawl into bed, get cozy, and rest? Are you sleeping regularly?

Any chance you are experiencing PMS?

I've definitely had bouts of tears that don't seem to have any cause necessarily, sometimes they do, sometimes not. Good to hear that you are taking your meds and that you have a therapist, definitely let them know again when possible what is up.

This will most likely all pass, sun will shine another day. I'm off to sleep myself, good wishes to you, hang in there.
