hi beth, so glad you are recovery again!!  i was wondering if you would feel comfortable with sharing what u think made you forget "where u came from" before you picked up again after 6+years clean and sober? i think it would be helpful to others and yourself to give what would be relapse triggers. when i got sober at first i kept going back to the drink. it's been a while now since i've been sober but your experience could help others remember what "keeps it green" for us.
we only have to do this one day at a time....
