It's ok to cry at times. Getting it out is good. Try to rest your mind. Gt in bed, curl up and as someone said above hug a stuffed animal. I have three kids but I still keep a supply of stuffed animals around for myself. My favorite is Pooh.
I know you mentioned your on medication for your depression. How long have you been on it? It could be that it either needs more time to work, adjusting or maybe a change. Hand it there sweety. Your not alone and you can always turn to us whenever you need. We are here for you.
