Thanks for that. It's kind of hard for me to decide what normal is sometimes. A lot of my friends handle stress much better than I do. I guess its all just a continuum. We probably fluctuate on this "insanity scale"

Sometimes I wish I could kick the butt of whoever invented the word "normal." At least in reference to people any way...

I think it also depends on the person. I guess you could sort of say that 68 is my baseline since I haven't taken the test before - but in reading all that it had to say, I feel I've been better at coping in the past. Kind of like the global assessment score they assign to people when they are inpatients. It's sort of a score to determine their level of functioning, the lower the score, the lower the level of coping/functioning. For some one who is regularly functioning at 25, 40 seems really good. But if some one who functions at a 75 normally drops to 40, they are obviously having some significant issues that they need help dealing with.

How high can you score on this test?
