Yes, Ryan and Pat have very good suggestions. I recently bought a anger management book called "Getting the best of your Anger" by: Les Carter. The book helps identify anger in your life, a test to determine your level of anger, realizing what makes you angry and so on. Therapy is also something I feel would be benficial.
