I'd talk to your dr. before you take any (and hope you can get your money back if necessary). Acai can interfere with all sorts of prescription meds.

I guess I'm just naturally more skeptical, because I expect that eventually this will go the way of every other herbal fad and be found to have absolutely no health benefit -- particularly since herbals aren't regulated, and what you *think* you're getting might be something else entirely.
