monday i thought i was going to come out of my mind, i was looking for anything and finally got an emergency meeting with my T. all kinds of pain and rage came out that i never could let out before. i got a new part of myself up front, deborah. she has the backbone and grit leslie had beat out of her by age 3.
it is wednesday and it is daylight to dark different for now. it is something special and there is a lot more way to do before we find a place we all can rest in - but it is good and it happened.

my T wants me to try and let out some of the rage and anger as well but i havent yet as im scared to. ty for the hugs , and hugs back to you cause we all know how hard and frustrating it can be but at least we have friends like us who really understand on here that we can talk to. thank you all so much for being here, and if i can ever help anyone dont hesitate to let me know please ..
