Good for you for reaching out! Inspiring!

I am going thru a rough patch myself and my T suggested that I reach out for support, esp since she will be out of the office all next week. I told her no. I am used to taking care of things on my own and that I will be fine. I hope I am able to have the courage to reach out to someone at some point down the line. It's hard to deviate from what you have conditioned to do for so long.
