I don't think that haveing a panic attacks has anything to do with flash backs cause i get alot of flash backs but i don't have panic attacks when i have my flash backs i have a panic attack after the fact i had my flash back usuly if someone yelling at me i have a flash back or if i reading something that reminds me of my childhood life i get a flash back
