here's the website with info on all this inner family stuff. it's not too easy to navigate so here's the pdf the guy has which has most of the site's info. here's a good page he has on the various inner children/parts/subselves. an easy way to think of this inner family stuff is how freud said we have an id, ego and superego. they just identify more than those three.
