I know how you feel!! That can be so frustrating... but for now, I'd just allow your body to do what it needs to. I'd also suggest trying to fight off some of that exhaustion and trying to exercise a little--it sounds contradictory, but the endorphins released will actually give you more energy. If you get on a regular schedule of exercise, you might be surprised at how much it helps your body AND mind--best of all, just taking a 15-30 minute walk does the trick!

Overall, though just make sure you're getting enough protein and all that good stuff, be nice to yourself, and take care of YOU. It's wonderful that you're recovering, and I'm so glad to hear you're doing better.
