
You are not alone. I say this because sometimes it can feel like you are all alone or sometimes there is a lack of supportive people. I am on disability too and often feel alone or like no one understands. I've had panic attacks too and those are no fun.
Try to be gentle with yourself right now because you are hurting and treat yourself to something nice you enjoy like a bubble bath or a warm chocolate chip cookie. It doesn't have to be something big just something that makes you feel good.
A therapist would be helpful to help you deal with all these things if you don't have one already I would suggest getting one.
