I know this feeling also....and even if I know a friend who I can talk to, I get the feeling that I don't want to bother people any more with listening to "me again." I bought a journal to write in. It may sound weird, but I have conversations with myself. I say what I'm feeling, and then I write back to myself a response. I have found it very helpful. Sometimes I write (you should see all the pages!!!!) across the top of the page "I am sick and tired of feeling so alone with this black hole in my chest!" I'll remember you today.
