(((((((SM))))))) sorry to hear you're in a rough slump. panic attacks are often brought on my stressors in your life. is something going on that you are aware of and would feel comfortable sharing with us? and the depression...they often go hand in hand.
jme, i'd suggest you keep a daily journal about how you are feeling, what's bothering you or what's on your mind (like i feel worthless.. because...)and rate your mood just before u write something in the journal. like rating 1 being ok, to 5 being totally overwhlemed and depressed. the other numbers are the in between degrees of feeling good or bad.
what i discovered when i kept a daily journal was that i could see in writing about my feelings and the truths behind the feelings i was having or perhaps a twisted perception of self. then i could better cope with those feelings. like is that really real aabout me? etc. if you see a t, you could share your journal with him too or bring up some of the things you wrote about. this will help give him insight of how to direct your therapy, develop coping skills, and also to help you see if you have a false belief about yourself that runs around in your head and causes the derpession and panic attacks.
i hope this helps you in some way. so glad you posted about this cause keeping it inside just makes it get worse.
