Oh Yea! Hahaha, that is a gooood one that they have now, they are so sneaky! You know b4 it was they had the name of someone else, or it was just your normal telemarketers trying to sell you something.
BUT this one about your car warranty----that is genius! I was like, WHAT? I don't even have a vehicle. They really make you think that you are supposed to have that. (even with a vehicle)
haha my dad told me he just called them on that a few weeks ago, and he wanted to know just how they operated, so he tells them that he has a large company where he has something like 40 vehicles, and that he keeps them allll up to date, the telemarketer was like WoW (u know BIG SALE, we gotta get this guy!!!) SO he gets his supervisor, and the supervisor is leanin on my dad and asking him all of these things, and you know the big thing that all of those sellers do over the phone (well today is your last chance at getting this discount blah blah blah) Supervisor asks how he got this # AND my dad said something along the lines of... well I am the CEO of this company (just a made up one) and if you want any business done with my company, I don't deal in this smaller stuff, you should give the Company office a call and they will sort this out (for the sale) and the supervisor was like ok, he didn't want to lose the Sale, but basically he did. There was a little bit more to it than that. I can't recall the rest. BUT they really scrambled, there were like 3 or 4 of them going back and forth trying to keep my dad on the line. HAha
So to all you telemarketers out there, we know not to shoot the messenger, as I am sure you are trained in it.
