I would feel frustrated too if T had many chances to discuss something like that with me, but didn't.
I hope you can bring this up with her and get some clarity on what she was thinking. Sometimes misunderstandings lead to growth in the therapy relationship, or to helping us speak up for ourselves and what we need and deserve.
