That's great. I go to Feldenkrais classes. Feldenkrais is awareness through movement. It's not yoga, but it's a way to get quiet and investigate how the body moves. It's slow, and the method is less is more.

I wonder if this would help your ADHD? Since you state that your way into focusing is through body movement.

Moshe Feldenkrais was an engineer and he became fascinated by the human skeleton and how it moves. He created a series of 'lessons' that are gentle forms of movement and by so doing, muscle patterns of holding let go without effort.
