I do cardio 3-5 times a week I don't like weight lifting but I am trying to make myself do it, I quit smoking in 2006 with a minor relapse over this past xmas 2008. When I originally quit smoking I was not working out and got chubby/fat , so now Im working out 7 days a week and trying to also add weightlifting to get in shape for the summer as I have a big vacation planned to hawaii. But normally I only run or do cardio.
