I don't want to go back to T...I can't do it and plus now there is the extra pressure that he gets fustrated and sad for me. I didn't want to know that.

The patient's job is to repeat in the therapy all the stuff that has been disastrous before. The T's job is to not let it happen, but to point out how it is happening.
