just a bit sad so keeping myself to myself mostly - no pachy I'm not dead
- have droped in a vouple of times - but have been curling up not moving much -only doing what I have to - waiting for the blues to go away - that's how it goes ay
told my dr abuot my psychiatrist visit - she said she won't refer people to her - she also said this is going to take a long time to heal - that hit me hard..... I'm just tired See my T tomorrow - just feeling a bit flat - thanks again - your guys -
