I've been going through a pretty rough time that I'm sure most of you relate to. Didn't think there was any hope for me any more, was pretty certain of it.
But, yesterday I spent 12 straight hours laughing (I actually ache today!). I had such an amazing time and it's tumbled over into today too, although I'm alone. Everything is making me smile, I just walked home (instead of taking the bus) and saw a little bird scurrying by a tree and I just grinned, smiled at a toddler giggling with his dad.
I've a long way to go still, but this short burst of happiness is giving me some hope.
Just want to remind everyone that there's always hope. Savour all the little things that may make you happy.
