Sorry you are in your rough place right now. We are here if you want to talk with us. Something that sometimes works for me is to just do something. Anything physical. Get outside for 20 minutes - walk - or clean something that has been needing cleaning for a while. Sweep/rake up some area outside - spring clean those lawn chair so you can enjoy just sitting out there.
Do one thing you know you are good at doing. Treat yourself to a special food. You know we care, take care of yourself.
