When you scrape and scrounge and barely get by, things like self care tends to get put on the back burner because a payment to the t or pdoc won't keep the lights and heat on. I'm there with you. When you do go back to hiding, just know that when you peek your head out, we'll be here. Not staring at you in a creepy quit-looking-at-me kind of way , but sitting here waiting to be with you, to help you up, dust you off and buy you a sugar-free icecream!
