I seriously need to work on this, acknowledging that you HAVE thoughts, but letting such thoughts PASS, without any judgement about their contents..

I seriously need to consider, that it is possible to sit content, whether I into my own now or far down the road, I can either accept, or wait, or just sit, content..

I never sit it's always go, go, go.......perhaps I am running from myself...

...or running from the only love I have ever known, believed, or experienced...

seems I run from anything settling........
