Exactly. It restricts how much we eat but doesnt restrict what we eat. I feel that this is my biggest problem. If I could eat one cookie I wouldnt feel the need to purge however I always end up eating the box. Weight Watchers would be a great thing to join to help control your urge and it gives you something to focus on.
