1. How often do you exercise during the week?
ive recently been going to the gym. i like the gym. its good for stress relief, and i can think things over. often, when i have a dilemma, i can sort it while im in the gym. i usually go at least once a week. but it varies.
2. What are your favorite types of exercise?
i tend to stick to weight training. i like the idea of being strong. its funny really, i seem to be the only girl in the gym who uses the weights. im surrounded by men covered in tattoos and built like sheds. kinda makes me giggle.
3. Do you feel that exercise helps you with your moods?
i think honestly, the gym almost replaces SI, in my view. it releases endorphins, and i feel like im improving something. so, in a way its better. i dont leave any scars, and i dont have to regret doing it.
