i used to exercise, but i don't really anymore.
of course i walk around - to the bus stop, at uni, walk my dogs etc, but i consider that mainly incidental exercise.
i used to run 6km maybe 3 times a week. it definitely helped with my mood. just in terms of being in control of something. but i find it hard to get motivated about doing it, and it's not my biggest concern atm, so i have let it slide.
