"go to a gyro class once a week"

umm...i eat a gyro once a week...besides doing my workouts....does that count???

whats a gyro workout? (sorry to sound ignorant)

i bhad a wonderful experience at my gym this week...i was with the trainer and we were trying to go over some stretches that were adaptable to my physical needs (ie forzen joints) and she said show me how you would stretch a calf so i did...leaning against a wall...she said push..so i did. the wall tipped over.

oops. i broke the gym.

got to tell you tho. it is amazing the amount of respect you command once you knock a wall down (even tho it turned out it was just a partition wall)...short fat woman breaks wall. all the muscle heads now respect me! i am strong for a woman...just didn't know i was that strong!
