Hi Everyone,

this is a bit of a strange post.... I just tried out the live chat thing that comes up at the top of the screen - it's the 2nd time ive tried to partiipate and both times I have got triggered - here's the strange thing - I wasn't triggered by what was said ... this sounds sooooo stupid.... I was triggered by the fact that I didnt know who was going to come in - I didnt know who was outside - couldnt see them... well der! it's chat you can't see them! and people would just appear.... and be gone - it felt like i was out in the open with nowhere to hide - guess it touched my fear of people coming at me when i havnt seen them - difficult to explain - first time i put it down to nerves but this time it was worse - sigh....... guess some of us just arnt meant to chat!
