We just wrapped up the DBT chat, but you can read about it. There's a thread in psychotherapy, which I try to keep updated. The chat is every week. It doesn't take the place of therapy, but might give you an idea some of what you could get out of DBT therapy.
If you are bipolar, DBT won't change that, and you would probably need to continue your meds, but DBT can still help you to manage your emotions and be in charge of your choices and decision-making. With, or without, meds.
