I wrote in a peom "the tears I bled" i wasnt thinking about SI but it came out -so maybe it was, as well as the reasons you gave, a way for me to cry - I know that sounds crazy - but then I am ! LOL
I have the same fear you had that if i start crying I will never stop - I seem to have an automatic thing that when i feel i am going to cry i can feel myself shutting down instead.... I guess part of my healing will be being able to cry again - thanks for this post it gave me a lot to think about
