ive got pretty bad insomnia. it takes me hours to fall asleep and i wake up several times through the night... and ive recently started using herbal remedies, baths, soothing music... last night i fell asleep not as late as normal - and i think i kinda had a dream
idk if it counts.. and its all i can remember

i saw a womans face right in front of me. she looked like... idk. me but prettier. with a smaller nose and bigger eyes and straighter hair. and she was silently screaming. just right up close and SCREAMING... and i woke up.

any ideas?
