Have you thought about perhaps seeing a nutritionist, or talking to your doctor? Some people benefit from keeping track of JUST what food they eat and when. (No counting calories or anything like that!!!) That helps sometimes. Otherwise, if you feel you might overeat or you have a habit of "snacking" there are options of healthier snacks which will help your body and will not likely lead to unpleasant feelings of being full.
