We were taught to think of others first, to be polite, to be socially acceptable. It would be a good idea if we can do it. It's been my experience that to be all the things above and more, you need to take care of yourself
FIRST!! If you need to be alone, be alone. If you don't want to see or talk to anyone, do it. You are taking care of your needs.
