Abilify is helpful for both my depressed mood and anxiety. I don't get especially jittery from it, though some people do. My side effects seem to be minimal with the exception of slow, insidious weight gain. Abilify does not pack the pounds on as nearly as rapidly as Zyprexa, and for many people it is weight neutral. But not for everyone, so just watch it.
