Forgoten (but you aren't, you know),
September has it right. We have to take care of ourselves before we can take care of everybody else. Sometimes we give away everything we have and don't leave any left for ourselves, and then there is nothing to give to others anymore either. That, and feeling bad because everybody wants you to be the way they think you should be, instead of being true to yourself, are things that depression does to us. Or that's why we get depressed. It's a vicious circle. The way to break it is to take care of yourself no matter what anyone else might think.
There's a system that I've mentioned here before but it was before you were here. It has helped me a lot, with keeping the house clean and also with fighting all those thoughts and messages that come from other people and also from ourselves that make us feel guilty.
