Great question and was asked before I would enjoy hearing some of the responses. I was at the gym yesterday and I always wear light long sleeves t-shirts but this time I pulled my sleeves up and was not sure what to say when someone nicely looked over.

I am interested in if people are in this situation what they say. Many of my scars are visible. I forgot the term but they have are red and have come up on my arms. Some scars just fade but these won't.

Any help would be of value...
