time to make some moves, we moved here when we couldnt find anywhere else when we were homeless bk in 06, when we moved here there were six now there are only four of us, hubby is no longer under the mental health department for this areao that means it wont matter if we moved to our choosen area, the place we live is a few miles away from were the children go to school collage, we decided before christmas this would be our next step,

we first contacted our landlady to see if she has anything available in the area we want, at this time she doesnt, so we are looking for another property possibly with an agent this time, the first two propeerties we have viewd were today, one is a bungalow and another is a house no shared gardens, not that the ppl in appartment under us are any trouble

it will be nice to open the door and be able to walk out side into a garden, again both properties are in easy reach for the children to get to school/collage and the areas are more incourging for us to walk to shops rather than useing the car

our first step is to get some forms to fill out, to check referances hoping we will be ok as this is going to cost us £85 for joint application, then we will need a Guarantor which will cost another £25 if this is accepted we say which house we are interested in and wait to hear from the landlord, our faviourte at moment is looking like the bungalow, quiet area even though its on a housing estate its pretty quiet , we got to talk to tenent thats there now, next step is getting deposit and mths rent ready, the tenent thats there now wont be leaving untill end of april
