Hi, Rachie. Your son is just the right age to introduce fiber into his meals. This will really help him to stay regular. Lots of young children do not like vegetables--they like fruit. Maybe that's because fruit is sweet. Well, in any case try to get your baby to eat carrots, peas, brocolli, spinach -- all the good stuff. He may not like it, but make a game out of eating vegetables like you did when he had a solid bm.
