It does matter. They have no freaking right to do that. It is a cost saving thing for them and they are not doing best practice for the individual clients.

Groups can be wonderfull but NOT for people who do not handle them well or have issues that need to be addressed 1x1 at first. It is just wrong and they need to be brought to be accountable.
