I have the asthma too. Don't like the med.'s though. Only use Albuteral for extreme emergencies. I do have this nose in thing it's : Fluticasone Propionate. Works great. My nose stuffs up - (sniff) and it 's not nasty and I CAN BREATE.
Of and yes, who can beat Wal-Mart. People are crazy with all these prices and stuff. Just like shoes children out grown shoes every three months.

Thanks! I do drink sleepytime occasionally. It's super yummy. I don't really need to use it while I have the sleeping meds, but once I am off of those, I think I will be drinking much more tea! LOL
I have been hearing things much more lately. I know it's the meds, but then again, I am DID, too.....but it's different. IDK how to explain it. I just can't wait to get off these meds and be done with it because I keep getting weird dizzy spells for seconds at a time.
Oh well, nothing I can really do except to just slow down, try not to stress so much and give myself a bit of a break knowing I am going to be a.....brat for a while. I just HATE being that person because I am not that mean, usually.
I'm off to work. Hope that I can get through the day without snapping at anyone!
