I overeat all the time and Iam sick of it I thinking of eating only one meal a day starting tomorrow or not eating at all If no one is in my house I may eat on meal or two and then throw them up On the 16 th i threw up and last Friday I did it twice Then I started my old habits of overeating since then Throwing up felt so good Iam about 216lbs and iam tired of being overweight I feel this is the only way I can control my eating habits
