hi niecy440, may I comment that I've googled and used wikipedia about dbt and what I've read is really positive. I don't consider either google or wikipedia on the net an authority, but a good place to get questions and ideas flowing. Actually the first example of how to use dbt was a situation I've run into (neighbor parked in my space). I would like to learn more about dbt it seems like a method or a way of thinking for those "awkward" social moments that I have sometimes. Just because I've reacted one way in the past doesn't mean I can't learn to react a different way in the future. It seems challenging but win-win and non-confrontational. From what I read on cbt it sounds like I've done some of it, the "goal setting" portion seems familiar. Hope all is well with you, I'm learning too. Awesome question, and nice to learn they assist with both on this site.
