hi loser37, I'm not a professional and new to bpd myself. You mentioned exercise in your question. I always find when I exercise (love 2 bicycle) it really lowers my stress level. I get out of the house/condo/cave/camper etc and I stop isolating. I feel "properly tired" at night. It helps with my appetite too, my meds sometimes curb my appetite. Overall I just feel better, I have a better self image. There's only wins here, except I'm cautious not to obsess over it. Hope my feedback helps. Now I'm doing 10 miles tomorrow, the weathers been awesome here
