Thank God I'm not the only one here who has attempted suicide before my period starts. I thought I was the only woman in the world that does stuff like this.
I have been dx with bipolar 1 and PTSD. I don't want to go on birth control pills because in the past I have had increased heart rate and terrible head aches.
Are there blood tests or other tests to decide if I have PMDD?
