I go back and forth on my thoughts on dreams. I used to try and keep a dream journal, but it never really panned out. WHen I started therapy, my T was interested in my dreams. Just now (a little over a year later) I am able to find some "meaning" in them, but it is hard. What I really think is more useful is trying to find the theme or themes in the dream that is going on in your present life.
