If I may suggest that you go to a support group, once or twice a week...

Another thing you might really like to do is join in a 'mat' class at a local pilates or yoga studio... going to a class is usually about 10 dollars and is filled with positive energy.

If you find a studio you like, and light exercises you think are totally cool, you might go 2x a week, or more.

The more you go, the less it costs.

Anyway, these are a few of the things that I do... hope it helps.

Also, you might take a meditation tape to bed with you, and I find it puts me out to sleep in the best way possible... all relaxed and with no troubles in my mind.

If I wake up, I press the remote, to play it again.

I love it.

Or I listen to music that works with our BPM, and that is plain healthy-crazy!!!

I love 'bedtime beats' and other tapes from wonderful musicians, both olden golden and new age, and the PhD's that use meditative techniques for any issue, like healthful sleeping and general wellness, are fantastic.

I know that libraries carry cd's you can borrow for this very purpose.
